Realistic Safety Networking
A Message from Nicole about Realistic Safety Networking...
After attending a Realistic Safety Strategies Seminar, a young woman approached me and said she wanted to share these valuable strategies with her family and friends. She asked if I would be willing to come to her home to teach a seminar and I agreed. From that experience, the concept of Realistic Safety Networking was born. Since then, it has become my favorite seminar format because everyone loves learning safety strategies in a comfortable environment with people they know and trust.
There is no limit to the creative ways you can use safety networking to help keep the people you care about safe...
Step 1 Choose your Location
You can host a seminar in all types of spaces:
- Parks & Recreation Centers
Need Help? We work with several event centers in the metro area. If you choose, we can help you host your event at one of these locations for as
little as a $100 fee, which can be divided among participants.
Step 2 Choose your Seminar
There are four levels of Realistic Safety Strategies seminars that last about two and a half to three hours each, so you have some options. You can:
- Host the Level 1 seminar to get everyone started, then let them sign up for the other levels on their own.
- Host a Level 1 seminar to get everyone started, then decide as a group, how you will host the next three levels. Maybe everyone can take turns hosting a level.
- Host all four levels at different times or combine levels for longer sessions.
If you are Safety Networking with a group of parents, there is only one level for the parents seminar.
If you want to mix up your group as far as ages, Nicole can adapt her seminars to be appropriate for girls (12+) and women to attend together.
Step 3 Choose your Date
Choose a few potential dates that will work for your group, then contact Nicole to schedule your Realistic Safety Networking event.
Once your date is scheduled, Nicole will send you a complete Safety Networking Kit that has everything you need to get started. It even includes an electronic invitation template to make it easy for you to let everyone know about your event.
Step 4 Choose your Payment Structure
For up to 20 participants, Nicole charges $300 for each Safety Networking seminar and if you choose to combine two seminar levels on one day, the fee is $500 for the day. You have some options about payment too. You can:
- Ask each participant to share in the cost, so if you have twenty attend, they would only pay $15 each.
- Cover the cost of the seminar as a gift to your family, friends and neighbors.
Additional details regarding your Safety Networking event are included in your hosting packet. Contact Nicole to get started...
