I created the Realistic Safety Coaching program for individuals or families who choose private or advanced instruction in Realistic Safety Strategies.

Coaching offers a flexible and personalized training option. You can learn all four levels of Realistic Safety Strategies through coaching or use it as a supplemental mode of training. Coaching is open to everyone but it works especially well for:

  • Women with specific safety challenges like stalking
  • Kids who are too young to attend seminars (under 12)
  • Kids who are shy or sensitive in groups
  • Families who want to learn strategies they can use together
  • People with physical or developmental limitations or disabilities
  • Anyone who would like to spend more practice time than seminars allow

    Realistic Safety Strategies...

Attend one of the public seminars listed
on the event calendar.

Arrange to host an seminar through your school, business, or organization.

Gather a group of friends and family members for a safety networking event.

Schedule a private coaching session at a location where you feel comfortable.

Purchase books, curricula and videos through the RSS store.

Coaching Details
Step 1    Choose your Location

Nicole can conduct Realistic Safety Coaching in most locations as long as there is some open space for learning the physical strategies. Simply choose your location and Nicole will come to you.


Step 2    Choose your Training Level

There are four levels of Realistic Safety Strategies seminars that add up to about ten hours of training total. However, you have the option to choose only the topics you would like to learn or cover all of the listed topics. If you're not sure where to start, just contact Nicole and she will help you.


Step 3    Choose your Date

Choose a few potential dates that will work for you, then contact Nicole to schedule your Realistic Safety Coaching session.

Step 4    Choose your Payment Structure

The coaching option is designed for up to two people. If you have more people in your group, you can choose the Safety Networking option. Nicole's rate $60 per hour for coaching sessions.

If the travel distance is significant, Nicole will charge a small travel fee in addition to the session fee.
